Why direct bookings?

Booking platforms charge up to 15–20% commission on every stay. With your own booking page, returning guests and word-of-mouth bookings come straight to you: you keep the full amount, you own the guest relationship, and you decide the conditions.

The Guestlyhub direct-booking page: availability calendar, live price breakdown with discount, bookable extras and guest form

How it works

1

Enable your storefront

Turn on direct booking in your settings and get a shareable booking link for your properties — no website needed.

2

Set your prices once

Base price, seasonal ranges, and recurring seasons that apply every year. Add weekly prices, minimum stays, discounts and bookable extras.

3

Share your link — or embed the widget

Put your booking link in your email signature and social profiles, or paste a single line of code to embed the booking widget on your own website.

Everything a direct-booking engine should do

Multilingual booking flow

Guests book in English, Dutch, French, German or Spanish — including the price breakdown and the confirmation email.

Smart discounts

Early-bird, last-minute and length-of-stay discounts. The best applicable discount is applied automatically.

Bookable extras

Offer extras like a baby bed or late check-out with their own price, per stay or per night.

Your payment methods

Guests receive your own payment instructions — bank transfer or any method you offer. No payment processor required.

Auto-cancel unpaid bookings

Set a payment deadline; bookings that remain unpaid are cancelled automatically and the dates are freed up.

Booking horizon

Decide how far in advance guests can book — from one month to several years.

Calendar stays in sync

Direct bookings are pushed to your channel manager, so your availability stays correct across all platforms.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really commission-free?

Yes. Direct bookings are part of your Guestlyhub plan — we never take a percentage of your bookings.

Do I need my own website?

No. Your storefront is a standalone booking page with its own link. If you do have a website, you can embed the booking widget with one line of code.

How do guests pay?

You choose the payment methods and instructions guests receive — for example bank transfer. Unpaid bookings are cancelled automatically after your deadline.

Will this cause double bookings?

No. Availability is checked at booking time, and confirmed direct bookings are pushed to your channel manager so all calendars stay in step.

Which languages does the booking page support?

English, Dutch, French, German and Spanish — you share the link in the language of your choice.
